Tips For Candle Burning
1. Make sure your first burn liquifies the entire top layer of wax. Otherwise you will be left with a "memory ring" which causes the melted wax pool to tunnel and form a hole instead of melting evenly. We suggest your first burn be around 3 - 4 hours in length, as Palm wax is slower burning than many other types of wax.
2. Trim the wick! Regularly cut the wick with the wick trimmer (ideal length 3-5 mm).
3. Know when to blow out your candle! We recommend burning your candle NO MORE than 4 hours at a time. When your candle gets low, we suggest replacing your candle for a new one once 1/2 inch of wax remains.
4. We recommend airing out your space after burning a candle.
5. If soot buildup should occur inside the candle vessel, we recommend using a damp paper towel to wipe it clean after the candle is extinguished.
